Our guest speaker, Elizabeth A. Calhoun, PhD is the Professor of Health Policy and Administration at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is the Principal Investigator for an NCI-funded grant, Patient Navigation in Medically Underserved Areas. She has authored several publications on patient navigation, including “A National Patient Navigation Training Program“. The focus of this webinar will be program evaluation. Ms. Calhoun discussed what information you should be tracking and what new resources will become available in the near future.
