Hi Ann,

Thanks for writing. That is very exciting news that you are interested in creating a statewide navigation program in Maryland! I will reach out to our founding members and see if someone is able to contact you directly. I have been working with the committee for about a year now. I am happy to share some of our experience with conference planning and organization, but for details about how up to get a group up and going I think it will be most helpful to hear from one of our members that participated early on.

Thanks again for your interest! Someone will be in touch with you soon!

Hello,

I work with the Maryland Cancer Collaborative and we are interested in creating a statewide patient navigation network similar to this one. Is there someone I can contact to get more information about this network and any lessons learned?

Thank you,
Ann Walsh

I WOULD LIKE MORE INFORMATION ON HOW I CAN BECOME MORE INVOLVED IN THE PA NAVIGATOR NETWORK. I AM A NURSE NAVIGATOR FOR A SPINE PROGRAM. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIND ANY OTHER NETWORK OF PROFESSIONALS IN MY SPECIFIC AREA OF INTEREST BUT WOULD LOVE TO BE INVOLVED WITH OTHER NAVIGATORS - DIFFERENT DISEASE, SAME NEEDS.
